Over a two-month period, I led the successful implementation of a new reservation system, beginning with in-depth research and stakeholder interviews to define project goals and projections. I managed the sourcing process, evaluated multiple systems, coordinated vendor deliverables, and ensured all contracts and communications were in place. I updated the project plan, supported marketing efforts, and developed a detailed launch day strategy. To ensure a smooth rollout, I conducted a system test run, trained staff, and implemented a support plan. The project concluded with a seamless launch, delivering an upgraded, fully operational reservation platform on schedule.
